We participated in the project for Puig's second tower!

Puig expands its headquarters in Barcelona with the opening of a second tower!

Taking advantage of its recent IPO, we are sharing the project that was inaugurated two months ago: Torre Puig – T2 in Barcelona, the second corporate building in which we have participated for our client Puig.

The new building, which has been constructed next to its existing headquarters, spans over 21,000 square meters and offers a dynamic workspace for nearly 500 employees.

The 20-story project, designed by GCA Architects, features exceptional sustainability characteristics, such as being capable of offsetting 25% of the building's carbon footprint.

G3 has managed the Project Management and Quantity Surveying for the Implementation Phase of the new headquarters. With this opening, Puig doubles the size of its central headquarters, where we participated as Project Managers, Execution Directors, and Quantity Surveyors in 2013.
