KNEM, winning candidate at the BIG SEE Architecture Awards 2024!

The KNEM office building, where G3 provided QS, PM, and DEO services, has become the winning candidate in the "Industrial Buildings and Workplace" category at the BIG SEE Architecture Awards 2024.

BIG SEE - opening perspectives aims to drive and promote urgent changes in the way people live, work, and, most importantly, consume. This is why they seek sustainable projects that are increasingly higher in quality and aesthetics.

The KNEM project is located in Poblenou, within the extensive complex of the former "El Cànem" factory. The existing building's facade, included in the Architectural Heritage Protection Plan, was preserved. Together with the architectural firm b720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos and the rest of the team, we made it possible for the project to be a success and worthy of several awards since then.
