THE SIBERIA I DESLITE LOFT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IS COMPLETED

The DESLITE project stems from the transformation of an industrial complex that, with its sawtooth roof, has given rise to a residential building with 36 lofts adjacent to the old SIBERIA ice factory, both considered historic buildings.

G3 provided Construction Management and Quantity Surveying services.

Throughout the project, the priority was to fully preserve the building's façade and structure, as they are considered architectural, historical, and artistic heritage.

The project represents a significant challenge in maintaining the existing structure, which has been damaged over the years, and adapting it to current regulations, with the objective always being to preserve the industrial aesthetic of the site.
