The second Hines residence is completed: aparto Cristóbal de Moura!

We present the second student residence developed by Hines + Henderson Park Capital Partners in the 22@ district of Barcelona, in which we have recently participated.

"aparto Cristóbal de Moura" is located in the northern part of 22@ and consists of 347 rooms, a project designed by batlleiroig and managed by aparto Student, Hines' international student accommodation platform.

This building in the "Maresme-Fòrum" neighborhood is set to be one of the drivers of change and improvement in this area, becoming a growing student hub close to numerous educational centers. The team's goal has been to create an attractive space for young people who wish to experience studying in Barcelona. In collaboration with the project drafting team, a building with striking colors was defined, featuring many common areas for communication between residents, as well as landscaped spaces that provide significant permeability to the project.

G3 has provided QS, PM, and DEO services for this student building, which is already 100% occupied.
