G3 TEAM BUILDING - #G3ONTOUR 2023

On July 14, we carried out an enriching day of Team Building, performing our awaited #G3ONTOUR, in which we had the opportunity to visit various projects in which we collaborated.

We begin our tour at the Green Business District campus promoted by Glenwell Group. During the visit, we were able to appreciate the execution of a project that combines innovation, efficiency and sustainability reflected in four office buildings.

Later, we went to the transformation of the industrial site Siberia Deslite into two residential buildings promoted by Meridia.

Our last stop was at the T3 Diagonal Mar Office Building, promoted by Hines and Henderson Park Capital Partners. This is the first project in Europe of the Hines T3 family, in which we could see the purpose of its design based on three fundamental pillars: Timber, Transit and Technology.

Once again, we organize these types of activities that allow us to share experiences and strengthen ties with the whole team. During the journey, those responsible for each project share the challenges achieved, thus promoting a transversal knowledge of the G3 team.

To make this day even more special, we surprised our team with a stop at the Hoxton Hotel, a very significant place for us, where we enjoyed a delicious brunch.
