G3 at #48HOPENHOUSEBARCELONA

Once again, four of the projects in which G3 has been involved will be part of the 48h OPEN HOUSE BCN architecture festival taking place this weekend in Barcelona and its metropolitan area.

During the days of October 21st and 22nd, more than 200 buildings representing the city's architecture will open their doors for attendees to visit them for free. This year, the festival's focus will be on the deconstruction of architecture into fragments to extract the buildings' details.

From G3, we are very proud to have participated in the following projects:

Entegra Office Building. It is the first office building in the 22@ district constructed with a charred wood facade with the goal of reducing the carbon footprint, where we provided QS,PM, DEO and H&S services.

- Schedule: Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM

Sant Pau Research Institute. Considered one of the most active centers in research and improving the health and quality of life of people. A project where we provided Quantity Surveying (QS) and Director of Execution of Work (DEO) services.

- Schedule: Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM and from 3 PM to 7 PM

Generalitat de Catalunya Administrative District. The first building in Catalonia to achieve LEED PLATINUM and WELL certifications. In this office complex, we provided Quantity Surveying (QS) and Director of Execution of Work (DEO) services.

- Schedule: Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM

Former Enmasa Mercedes Benz Factory. This project involves the transformation of the old car factory into a new sector that will become Barcelona's first eco-district. We are currently providing Quantity Surveying (QS) services for the project.

- Schedule: Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM
