G3 AND ENNE GESTIÓ WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW SEM’S HEADQUARTERS OF CATALONIA

G3 and ENNE GESTIÓ have been awarded for the realization of the Integral Coordination, Direction and Control of the Execution of Works and Safety and Health Coordination of the new headquarters of the Servei d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) Hospital Duran and Reynals in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona).

This project represents the third commission in the health sector in which G3 participates for the Servei Català de la Salut in recent years. In 2020, we carried out the DEO and CSS of the Multipurpose Building of the Hospital Moisès Broggi of Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona). On the other hand, the Expansion of the General Hospital of Granollers was recently inaugurated, a project where we collaborated with ENNE GESTIÓN in the realization of the DEO and the CSS.

In this type of projects it is strategic to optimize the drafting and execution time. In the case of the Servei d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) of Catalonia, a total project and work period of 10.5 months is foreseen. The building is expected to be ready for inauguration by the end of 2024 and will be financed with European funds Next Generation.

The objective of this new equipment, designed by the b720 architecture firm in collaboration with AECOM, is to centralize the medical emergency service that are currently distributed in different locations.
