DEO AND QS TEAMS DID A TRAINING ON THE DELTA/PLUS TECHNIQUE

We close 2023 with a retrospective look full of achievements and unforgettable moments!

During this week, the DEO and QS teams conducted training on the Delta (∆) / Plus (+) technique.

Rafael Capdevila - Team Manager and DEO Process Director - and Rafael Linares - Team Manager and QS Process Director - introduced the exercise focused on two fundamental aspects: Delta (Δ), which represents change or what can be improved, and Plus (+), which symbolizes positive aspects or successes. Through both individual and group reflections, they were able to discuss relevant aspects and points related to their roles and experiences this year. Finally, they conducted a collective analysis where they evaluated all points together, looking for common patterns and key areas for development.

The aim of this activity was to foster a constructive reflection on our team's experiences and processes, creating an open space for communication and mutual engagement.

Doing these trainings allows us to use the insights to plan and improve our work in the future.
