Senior Quantity Surveyor - BARCELONA
Under the supervision of the Team Manager, they will act as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the projects, performing functions related to Planning and Scheduling of the construction project, Selection and Management of contractors and subcontractors, Supervision and Coordination of the project construction, and Budget administration and cost management.To fill this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in technical architecture.
- Minimum of over 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of computer tools commonly used to carry out measurements and budgets (Presto/TCQ, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Advanced Excel user.
- Medium/high level of English
